Woodland Massage Therapy
I am a massage therapist located in Tolland, Connecticut. I completed my massage therapy certification at the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in 2009. In 2014 I began furthering my education and pursuing my interest in Alternative Medicine at Everglades University online. I learned to analyze and communicate integration of the mind, body and spirit by encompassing disciplines of study such as physical medicine, integrative wellness applications and nutrition. In November 2017, I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Alternative Medicine. While my career focus is in massage therapy, I have a passion for holistic wellbeing. I am looking forward to creating an environment to provide healthy space and wellness to those who seek it.

Every day is different, your massage should be too! As your needs and goals change, so will your experience. Integrated massage therapy is the blended application of a myriad of massage therapy techniques including; Swedish massage, Deep Tissue massage, Myo-facial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, and Acupressure.
I also provide prenatal massage.
